![]() “Tekken” 2010 movie: This is why we cannot have things Americanized. Maybe a few unexpected things will turn in the next installment. The little scene with Alisa and Xiaoyu talking on the bench was adorable and it mentions the next tournament (Tekken 7 perhaps?). But, I don’t like how Heihachi takes all the Mokujin spirits and becomes one super giant Mokujin? Really Heihachi? Your a martial arts expert and you have to resort into making a huge monster Mokujin? Are you that desperate? On another matter, The final battle with the Mishimas rocked the movie. Lee Cholan is a joke yet again, I love it when he’s more serious come on he’s part of the family too, at least make him look like he has a plan on something. (Thank you Tekken 4.) The Japanese cast for the movie did a fine job, since I believe its the same voices for the games as well. Well maybe I am spoiled a little since I saw Tekken with Japanese voices at first in the games. Jin’s voice actor was too deep for his character. I didn’t like Kazuya’s voice in it, sorry but he sounded a little strange in my opinion. The English Voice acting could have been better for two characters. Yoshimitsu wasn’t in this film and that was disappointing since he has been around since the original Tekken. Or maybe Xiaoyu and Alisa run by Law’s Dojo at some point. I love that they made this tekken movie, but where are some of the characters? I don’t know maybe I’d like to see King wrestle ad on television as an eye catch. However, it should have been a little more serious and less goofy at times. Also, if he was to be immortal then how come he died by Heihachi’s back breaker so easily? The entire movie revolved around Alisa’s and Xiaoyu’s relationship, that I didn’t have a problem with. If Jin could control the Devil, why was Shin needed. The character Shin Kamiya didn’t have a real relevance in the movie. The story could have been a bit better, and a little less confusing. The CG animation was solid and the fight scenes had a bit of fluidity within it nothing wrong with that. I was excited to see this movie come out since I was a little unhappy about the movie that came out the year before. Tekken: Blood Vengence: I literally went to the one day opening and saw this movie in theaters. If you haven’t seen any of these movies I reccomend you to watch them. I will first start with my movie analysis with the most recent movie to have come out. I have possession over every Tekken movie and I have watch all three of them many times.
